Are you prioritising relaxation and self-care?

Are you making time for self- care and relaxation?

Last weekend I was blessed to be invited to a retreat at Spilt Farthing Hall in North Yorkshire.  It was wonderful from start to finish and I came back refreshed, relaxed and inspired..

It brought home to me that I really do need and deserve more time which is just for me.  I am sure that you do too?

So the question is, what are you going to do about it?  I invite you to stop and think about how you can create an hour, an evening, an afternoon or a weekend that is just for you.

It may be an hour to soak in the bath with music and scented candles,  it may be a stroll in the park , perhaps a swim or  it could be a weekend away that you have been meaning to organise with a loved one.

Please take that time that you need and you will feel the benefits physically and emotionally in terms of better health, more energy and feeling  more relaxed.


I now prioritise my self care and block time out in my diary f0r walks, wimming, mindfulness meditation and relaation. My favourite place to be is by the sea breathing in fresh air and being hypnotised by the sea.

If you are a busy professsional like me I urge you to put in you diary/calendar so that it is truly a priority for you.
