Tips to reduce anxiety?
Stay active. Regular exercise is good for your physical and emotional health and well being
Stop/cut down on smoking and drinking
Reduce your caffeine. If you have chronic anxiety, caffeine is not your friend
Get more sleep. Develop a healthier bedtime routine
Mindfulness meditation
Eat a healthy diet with clean, fresh and wholesome foods
Practice deep breathing
